1. What is this contest about?
DiGi is giving away 10 units of BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 every day (with special accessories) with total prizes worth RM 1,000,000.

2. When is the contest period?
2 Aug - 15 Sept 2010.

3. Who is eligible to participate for this contest?
This contest is open to all new and existing DiGi Prepaid™, DG Postpaid™, DiGi Business (Corporate Individual) and Prepaid Internet subscribers, except for:

1. Subscribers to iDiGi plans, Data Only SIM, Ambassador plans, Data Unlimited plans and Internet Unlimited 58 with no access fees
2. DiGi permanent, contractual and temporary employees and their immediate family members

Note: Existing Data Unlimited (DUP) & all Blackberry Unlimited Plan subscriber are eligible to participate.

4. How can existing or new DiGi Prepaid™ subscribers participate?
Existing or new DiGi Prepaid™ subscribers can participate by fulfilling the requirements below:


Note: Subscribers fulfilling this requirement will be in the running to win for the day of activation or reload only.

5. Can Prepaid Internet subscribers qualify to participate in this contest?
Yes. All Prepaid Internet subscribers just need to reload RM 30 and above to qualify to enter into this contest.

6. If I reload RM 30 twice within a day, how many entry tickets does that entitle me to?
You will earn two entry tickets for the above two transactions. However, you are eligible to win only once throughout the contest period.

7. If I reload RM 30 and also meet the minimum Mobile Internet usage of 500kb on the same day, how many entry tickets am I entitled to?
Since both transactions meet the entitlement criteria, you will earn two entry tickets. However, you are eligible to win only once throughout the contest period.

8. How can existing or new DG Postpaid™ subscribers participate?
Existing or new DG Postpaid™ subscribers can participate by fulfilling the requirements below:


9. How many BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 are there to be won in this contest?
We will be giving away 10 BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 with special accessories daily, from 2 Aug - 15 Sept.

10. Am I still entitled to promotion rates or deals offered by the individual Internet plans throughout the contest period ?
Yes, you can still enjoy all promotion rates and deals offered by the individual Internet plans. On top of this, you will also stand a chance to win a BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 with special accessories throughout the contest period.

11. I'm a Prepaid Pay-As-You-Use subscriber. How can I keep track of my internet usage to check if I have met the requirements for the contest?
For Prepaid customers, messages will be sent when you have spent RM3 and RM5 of Internet usage. Below are the samples of the messages:-

1. You have used RM5 on Internet. Enjoy FREE Internet till 12am.


12. I'm a Postpaid PAYU subscriber. Can I participate in this contest too?
Yes, you can. All Postpaid PAYU subscribers will receive a WAP link via SMS. Here there are Videos and downloadable contents. Based on the file size indications provided, just stream or download up to 500kb per day and you will qualify to enter this contest.

13. What if I'm subscribed to a DiGi Internet plan already (e.g. Internet Unlimited 58, Data Unlimited Plan, Blackberry Unlimited 68, Broadband)? How can I participate in this contest?
If you are already an existing DiGi Internet Plan subscriber, you just need to stay active with your existing monthly Internet plan to be eligible to participate in this contest.

14. How do we contact Prepaid Internet Customer if he/she is one of the shortlisted winners?
Prepaid Internet Customer is required to log in to campaign portal via http://digi-internet.dot.my/register2.aspx to register their NRIC number and contact details for correspondence. If no record found from the portal, the winner will be disqualified.
